    ther is no options to change the twitter id or remove that, remove 125×125 ad…
    how to do that ??

    You would put your Twitter link into the sidebar.php file (Appearances > Editor). This is also where you would remove the 125×125 ad blocks.

    The slider uses the images defined as the featured images on each post. You could define custom images on each post, but that would require additional coding to make it work.
